Dan
Bailey's 909XTH Guide Model Breathable Waders
- Click to Purchase
|
The
newest wader in the Dan Bailey arsenal is the Breathable 909 XTH's. All I
can say is "Awesome". These Breathables are just shy of
bulletproof with a double layered lower, reinforced posterior, reinforced
knees and tightly stitched seams. Some great features include a fleece
handwarmer/chest pocket, Built in adjustable gravel guards and highly
durable side straps. I have had mine now for about 1 year and have
not had one single qualm with them. The built in adjustable gravel guards
are far superior to the removable ones in that they allow virtually no
admittance of sand or gravel into the boot.

|
| When
purchasing a pair of breathable waders one should look into several
different aspects:
Breathability,
Durability, Comfort and Warranty. The
XTH, in my opinion, deserves high marks in each of these categories.
Excellent Breathability, Unmatched Durability, as Comfortable as they come
and Dan Bailey offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - For
the few waders that have come back to us Dan Bailey has been more than
willing to replace them promptly.

Renzetti
Cam Traveler Fly Tying Vise
- Click to Purchase |

The best all-around vise I have used to date
has to be the Renzetti Cam Traveler with a C-Clamp. Not only does it truly
rotate for easy wrapping it comes with an infinitely adjustable jaw to fit
any hook out on the market. Compared to turn knobs to adjust the jaw width
the Cam system quickly conforms to the hook size you are tying on greatly
increasing your fly tying efficiency. I would also recommend purchasing
the C-Clamp because it comes in handy on fly fishing trips. I have clamped
mine onto steering wheels, stumps, rocks and even tree branches to whip
out river specific patterns during those "there's a hatch and I don't
have anymore of this fly" times or "those Drakes are gray not
green and the fish know it" times. I've found that switching from a
turn knob to a Cam system saves time so I really can sit down for an hour
and tie up a couple dozen flies where in the past I had to fumble around
adjusting the jaw. |

STL Plus Wading Boots
- Click to Purchase
|

The STL Plus, in my opinion, is by far the
best valued wading boot on the market. Highly durable polypropylene felt
soles and replaceable screw-in cleats make for sure-footed wading. These
boots are lightweight, durable and offer unbelievable ankle support. As
aesthetics go in the Fly Fishing world these are some of the sharpest
looking boots I have ever seen, so even if you don't Fly Fish as well as
you'd like to, you'll look like you can. We guarantee your satisfaction
with this product, I've had mine for four seasons and they're still kickin'. |

Browning
Midas Travel Fly Rod
- Click to Purchase
|

The Browning Midas Travel Rod is a wonderful pack rod at an inexpensive
price. It is a 96% Graphite rod that fishes with a medium action feel. The
7'6 4/5wt provides accessibility to those 'hard to reach areas' and on
small creeks and rivers. It is a MUST HAVE on backpacking trips, say to
Slough Creek or into the Bob Marshall Wilderness, where short dry fly
casts are necessary or sage brush is plentiful. |
